Corazon CPR Training Service Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service and accommodate all clients, Corazon CPR Training Service has established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Group and On-Site Business Training

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled training date may be rescheduled or refunded in full.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled training date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total training cost.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled training date will not received a refund .

  • Clients may reschedule a training session without penalty if notice is provided at least 7 days in advance and a new date is selected within 60 days.

Instructor Cancellations

In the rare event that Corazon CPR Training Service must cancel a class due to instructor illness, emergency, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals

Participants arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may be denied entry if their late arrival would prevent successful completion of the course requirements. Refunds are not available for late arrivals.
